I've read the Eragon series (or cycle, or whatever the crap)
It had a horrible ending.

Well, yeah. But since he was raised well, he doesn't use his powers for evil.
He gets a hellhound, but since he's good it turns into a little dog and forgets its demonic training

I haven't read in a while. The last series I started was the Lorien Legacies. It starts with "I am Number 4".
Wait! I just thought of something! The last book I read was for my English class, and it was "The Giver".
Sadly, they are going to absolutely slaughter the book this fall with a movie.

It wasn't that great, though I assume the books are better?
And yeah, I heard about the movie... Apparently the MC even has a love affair and other stuff that never happened in the book.

But yeah, the movie is going to suck. They made Jonas 16 and they're going to be a thing between him and this girl... "I Am Number Four" is a pretty good book, but I'm sure the movie sucks. |

They're pretty good, but the author is really starting to drag the story. It could have ended already, but dumb stuff keeps stalling the story. |

Mizu: I've read I think 4 of the books. So far the only things I don't like: Number 9 is so much stronger than 4. And that Pittacus Lore named the most BA guy in the book after himself. And the name of the aliens.
Ravenwood: Sorry, I'm used to MC being the abbreviation for Master Chief. The book was great. 9/10, would read again.

It sounds good; if you get rid of the crappy actiony parts, the movie was decent
