I don't have too much money, so I'll be getting Zombies and later on either DnD or Munchkin or something else

I'll get Diplomacy if I have to, but we have to play it!

I actually wish more people would play board games. They're fun and designed for a high level of replayability, unlike some videogames I know. My personal favorites of all time are Risk and Pictionary. Nothing like cold blooded strategy to send a shiver down your spine

I agree, raven. I think we need a lot more board game popularity. I mean, videogames are great, but multiplayer is what board games are MADE for. I checked out Diplomacy, it sounds really fun. Have you played it before, admin?

Have you played it before, glorious leader? (Late as heck, sorry). No, I haven't had a chance to play Diplomacy yet. Not many people are interested in playing such a long and complicated game...

So one of my game night friends got Zombicide. It's a bit like Zombies!, except that instead of generic MC's, you get named characters with skills and perks that level up the more zombies you kill. Each game session is different because there is an unlimited amount of missions you can create- its kind of like open source software.
I thought I was going to hate it but it impressed me. I thinks it's a great game and the concept is pulled off in a fresh and exciting manner. I enjoy it's complexity as well; there are a lot of things to do, and that makes your session a lot more immersive. I don't think I'll get Zombies!, at least for now. I think Munchkins is the best choice now that we have a zombie game.

Zombicide sounds like a fun game. I also enjoy games that offer a lot of replay options and don't get boring after a while. Do you know how much it is, and for how many players? I have three siblings at home and I want to tear them away from their videogames xD

If you want to tear them away from videogames, I'm not going to lie to you, it'll cost a pretty penny. Zombicide is $100 and all the other games admin mentioned are $30+ You'll be better off buying a few very replayable ones and investing the rest of your money on trips to the library or sports or something. I mean, board games are fun and all, but videogames are technically cheaper, what with emulation and stuff.
