You get your wish. But now there are over 1000 hours in everyday, meaning important events almost never happen. Holidays, birthdays, special events. They take years before they happen. You now only live a few weeks or months in your entire life.
I wish I had more Yakisoba (a brand of instant-ramen soup)

Sugar becomes so good for you your system adapts to eat only sugar. The world runs out of sugar cane and artificial sweeteners and we all die of starvation.

This is too easy.
You lose the ability to feel pain, and with it the ability to sense when you're stepping too hard, biting too hard, or doing things with more force than you need to. You could basically step down with so much force you twist your ankle, but since you don't feel it, you continue and inevitably break it since you didn't rest.
From then on it gets worse since remember, you feel no pain.
