General Forum Rules - Work In Progress

Hey everyone. It's the obligatory rules post. I'll try to make this as short and relaxed as possible. Do know that these rules aren't final, as I haven't discussed them with the other glorious leader. Apologies to mobile users, apparently the bullet points aren't showing up there.

1. These rules apply to the whole forum. As of now, there are no forum specific rules, but those can always get added if it seems necessary.
2. We'd like our community to be as friendly as possible. Obviously I know I can't expect World Peace, but do know that we'll be taking any sort of flaming or trolling very seriously.
3. Keep topics suitable for those under 18. Images should be PG-13. We'd prefer it if you avoided posting anything NSFW. If it's questionable, or absolutely must be posted for whatever reason, make sure to let everyone know you're posting something NSFW and Spoiler tag it.
4. We're not going to ask you to worship the Mods or a.dmins , but do know that their job is to keep the community healthy. If you suspect someone is abusing their power, I ask that you email an a.dmin with some evidence.
5. Spamming. Not cool.
6. Please be very careful when posting spoilers about anything at all. It's not something that we're going to kill you for (though some members might), but if you're doing it on purpose we're going to have to do something about it. Threads that specifically mention Spoiler in their title are OK, though.
7. We probably won't kill you for advertising, but please keep it minimal and non-obtrusive. Also, make sure you're contributing to topics.
8. Outside of general discussion, try to keep things on topic. I won't kill you for getting off topic a few times, but completely derailing a thread isn't exactly okay.
9. No illegal downloads/topics/objects of any times. There's plenty of other places for that. No, I won't tell you which places.
10. This is less of a rule and more of a plea. Try to use proper grammar when posting, please? It helps keep everything neat and lowers the chance of any misunderstandings.
11. Last but not least! No illegal stuff here, mkay? Nothing freaky, no gore, and certainly nothing that will get you shipped to Guantanamo Bay or something.
12. We want regular members to be as much apart of the moderation process as the Moderators themselves. If there's something that you think needs attention, please let us know and we'll take care of it ASAP. We'd also appreciate any suggestions you have for us to improve. We're all in this together!

14. Rule breaking that isn't serious will be treated with warnings or small temporary bans. Repeated offensives and serious infractions will be treated Court-style(in other words, with evidence and hearing all sides of the story) to ensure fair rulings.
15. Obey the rules.
16. This rule list is not final. Rules can be changed, removed, or modified at any time. Try to look at this post every so often to make sure nothing has changed.
