Hello,
Just a friendly notice. If your thread is going to include spoilers, please make it super obvious by adding a {SPOILER} tag-thing in the title. We wouldn't want you to ruin the experience for anyone else!
I'd also like to ask for members to respect the tag and avoid posting spoilers in threads that don't have the {SPOILER} tag in their title.

I will give examples where the SPOILER, IMG, URL Tags are used for. SPOILER Tag can also help to hide NSFW Content. It's safe then, because you don't the Image directly. Note: Always warn people that there is NSFW Content in the spoiler and if you don't... Well, let's say you can get a public warning in your profile page or worse a Ban. IMG Tag is easy. IMG stays for Image. Upload with for example with Imgur. How it works? Use this: ![]() *Link of Image on the Site* [/IMG] Easy right? Same goes for the URL Tag, but this one create a source link. Now NSFW. I'm from Beast's Lair. A Forum where NSFW IS allowed, but you must use the Spoiler Tag. NOTE: NSFW Content is NOT allowed on an Avatar or Signature. Mods words: Generally, if a picture is obviously showing sex, nipples, penises, vaginas or related bodily fluids, then it's NSFW. If you've got any picture that you're thinking of using for your avatar or signature that is questionable to be allowed... Always PM an Admin/Mod and they judge the Image. ^ This can save you from a ban or warning, because you got permission. |

Oh, you were talking about THAT tag. Whoops, I thought you were referring to thread titles. I'm dumb sometimes.
Thanks for the explanations, though. I'll talk to Urban about the NSFW rule. I'm not 100% comfortable with completely allowing it, so I'm thinking that the obvious stuff should be banned and the borderline/questionable stuff should be in the Spoiler tag.

Anything else should be fine.
A big one: gore. I know there's blood and gore everywhere, but just don't ever post real gore. I don't want the feds here, nobody does. Posting anime dudes killing each other requires an NSFW tag (or a gore tag, whatever) but its allowed.
And nothing illegal, like CP or state secrets and whatnot.

You're right, but if it shows sexual organs, then spoiler tag it also. This also falls under the category: NSFW. Before people start to complain about my avatar. This Avatar is legal. Confirmed by many Moderators, so don't start about my Avatar that it is NSFW Content. If you want to post porn... Well, I doubt that this would happen here... But then there needs to be an 18+ section here. Or go to a pornographic forum somewhere else. (There are enough forums nowadays for this.) Where I warn you all for: If a mod find anything NSFW in your Avatar or Signature Image... The Mod have the permission to delete it, to give you a public warning or worse: To ban you. |
