I am the Chancellor for the Empire, second only to Grand Emperor himself, and I welcome you here. Sergei, I hope you will enjoy your stay here and that our dealings in this embassy bring our alliances much profit.
My alliance will be glad to make your acquaintance, and I will join your IRC to have quick communication. However, I'd like it if you could use this diplomatic thread for purposes such as treaty and business deal negotiations and signings, for posterity. I am one that enjoys reports and detailed ones at that, and having a place to organize our communications is key.
