Their fries are amazing and I always found it interesting how they can even function in a space the size of my bathroom. That actually is indeed interesting... The fries are amazing and I love the new stuff they keep coming out with. |

Well I know they don't last very long, but it's not as bad as he's saying. All batteries suck, don't really think they're "designed" to last a short period of time(especially now since we're getting stuff like the Droid Turbo and quick charge technology). The durability of the phone itself has gone up as well since Apple backed away from using a glass back. And even then, you can see how many people are still using the iPhone4/4s. They're designed to last at least 2 years, where most people would get another on-contract phone anyways. Exactly my point. Did you know there are actually plans for phones with interchangeable parts? This means that if a better phone camera is developed, all you have to do is buy that singular component instead of buying a new phone. The reason why this isn't happening is because phone companies want to go with what you just said: make people buy expensive phones, hook them up on two year contracts, have the phone fritz out at the end of the two years, and repeat the cycle. I think it's called programmed obsolescence or something. I disagree. The reason this isn't happening right now is because it's difficult as shit. It's taken months for a Project Ara(I believe that's what you're talking about?) phone to even boot. A phone isn't a PC where you have large room to expand. Phone parts are sometimes soldered on and thus, are very difficult to replace. This isn't just because they want you to buy the new model, but it is also out of necessity. To make phones increasingly thinner and good-looking, compromises have to be made. Sadly, the average consumer doesn't care about interchangeable parts, and so that's the first thing to go. |

Another job application is coming up. Eh. I'm looking to get a job as a party clown. No joke, dude. They have it real easy and it's actually good pay. I'm not dressing up as a clown, but I'll be making balloon animals and painting faces. Easy work and you can charge tourists extra lol |
